In this case Dr. Umar uses his Single Follicle Extraction and Transfer (SFET) method of Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) hair restoration to refine and advance a NW3 case using 3200 grafts derived from the head donor area and nape to create a soft natural hairline and restore him from NW 3 to a state of zero appearance of baldness.
