FUE-SFET using beard hair
The patient had undergone the follicular unit strip surgery (FUSS) at a clinic in Canada. While his result in the recipient area was fine he wanted the option of keeping his hair short, but was unable to do so without the scar showing. Dr. Umar literally obliterated the appearance of the hair transplant scar vexing the patient using 1000 beard derived grafts by FUE – SFET.

FUE – BHT by SFET Using Beard and Chest Hair
Dr. Umar, using SFET, performed FUE – BHT using only beard and chest hair to refine his hairline, obscure the ridging and commend coverage first in the bridge between the frontal area and side as well as the frontal, and mid scalp. In the future the patient would have Dr. Umar add hair to his crown and mid scalp.

FUE – BHT Using Only Body (Leg) Hair
The patient has a history of several strip style hair transplants also known as Follicular Unit hair transplantation. While this gave him a lot of hair, he was left with very pluggy looking hairline that he has had to hide and be self conscious about for years.

In this case, the patient had lost his head donor after multiple antiquated scalp surgeries at other clinics, which left him still very bald with many disfiguring scars. Left with no option, he went to see Dr. Umar about using body hair as his only resort.

The patient had a previous history of old fashioned pluggy hair transplants. Apart from the pluggy appearance, he needed more coverage and requested the use of body hair for filler effect, as well as the coverage of the crown and refinement of his hairline by softening it. |

Patient with NW6 level of hair loss, old punch style surgery that did not grow which eft him still severely bald with multiple punch excision scars in the donor, a ravaged and depleted donor. He resorted to wearing a hairpiece. However, the absence of a temple point and a real hairline makes the hairpiece obvious.

NW9 level of hair loss with poor growth and coverage from prior strip surgery at another clinic. His hairline was also lopsided. He wanted a trial surgery of 2500 grafts from the beard and chest to refine his hairline and increase coverah=ge in his previously transplanted areas. Dr. Umar used 2500 grafts derived from the beard and chest hair by FUE – BHT . The patient being happy with his result is planning to return for his definitive surgery to cover the crown and refine the remaining NW 6 area.
