Surgery:
4600 grafts transplanted from the nape and head donor using follicular unit extraction – FUE by SFET. Because the patient had no body hair reserve, Dr. Umar created a conservative hairline and widows picks strategically placed to give the illusion of a more advanced hairline with follicular unit extraction using scalp hair.
